The EWC Beauty Founders Mixer was a sold-out, high-energy evening hosted by the Equity and Wellness Collaborative (EWC) during Cosmoprof Miami. Held at the stunning Mondrian South Beach, the event welcomed over 100 beauty founders, brand leaders, creatives, and industry insiders for a night of elevated networking, celebration, and community.
Designed to feel less like a panel and more like a party with purpose, the mixer featured panoramic views, cocktails, and intentional spaces for connection. It was fun, inspiring, and grounded in the values that define the future of beauty: integrity, inclusion, and innovation.
