She advises FDA-regulated consumer product companies on U.S. federal and state compliance, advertising and claims, and global market access, building the regulatory infrastructure that supports launch, scale, retail expansion, and investor readiness.
Her work draws from extensive cosmetics policy experience, including contributing to the Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act (MoCRA), leading a national clean beauty and safer products advocacy coalition in 2019 to stop the sale of contaminated talcum-based products, and providing congressional and FDA testimony on ingredient safety and the need for stronger safety testing and oversight.

Marcha serves on industry boards and regulatory and policy committees focused on cosmetics and FDA-regulated products. Her advocacy and expertise have been featured across major national media outlets, including Good Morning America, HBO, and Vogue Business, and she is regularly consulted by The Business of Fashion for expert commentary on beauty, wellness, and FDA regulatory policy and developments.
